Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery Partners: We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship all over India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional charge of ₹50.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur during festivals, natural calamities, or unforeseen logistics issues. If there is an issue delivering to your location, our support team will contact you.
